When you’re happy, we’re happy.

Try any Cleeflen product for 30 days. If you don’t love it, simply return the product and we’ll either exchange it for any flavor of your choice or issue store credit — your choice.

Here’s the fine print:

  • Only purchases made on cleeflen.com are covered by this policy. (Purchases made through Amazon are excluded.)

  • Replacement products are shipped free of charge. Return shipping is not covered.

  • If you choose store credit, you’ll receive 100% of the amount paid, including shipping and applicable sales tax.

  • Store credit can be used to purchase any products on cleeflen.com within 1 year of issuance.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be less than 50% consumed to qualify.

  • There is a return limit of two products total, each from a different flavor.

  • Returns must be sent by mail to the correct address provided by us upon request.

  • Repeated return requests may be subject to fraud review prior to approval.

Please note:
All returned nutrition products are responsibly disposed of — even if unopened — in accordance with our quality assurance program.
